Xavier Florencio Cabré (born December 26, 1979 in Tarragona, Catalonia) is a Spanish former professional road bicycle racer, who competed as a professional between 2001 and 2013. In 2010, Florencio was supposed to start at the 97th Tour de France, but was withdrawn from the team's roster because he had "been using a substance containing ephedrine to treat a saddle discomfort."
